The M500 has two power ranges of 500 watt-seconds (HI) and 125 watt-seconds(LO) with each range infinitly variable over a 2 1/2 f-stop range. An inertnal slave trigger is a nice feature of the M500 that can be disabled if desired. The modeling light has three setting that can be used, off, full power or track mode. In track mode, the modeling light will be adjusted in ratio to the flash power settings. A unique, new feature to the M500 is a special slide mount that provides convenient adjustment of the head position. |
