The F0008 is a plug-in flash tube,custom manufactured specifically for Novatron's professional lighting instruments. The tube is enclosed in a thick,vented glass envelope. This is used in the 2103-FC Bare Tube Flash Head. The lamp is color balanced to 5500 degrees Kelvin and rated at 1500 watt/second,when used with the fan cooling that comes with the 2103-FC(when the fan-cooling is off,it's reduced to 1000 watt/seconds). This plug-in style is an instant remedy, if the flash tube is ever broken.
